Sunday's شدي العشا Hard Supper Club at Le Marrakech Moroccan Bistro in Gastown is now officially sold out. 

Sixty guests will be in attendance, twice the projected figure.

Le Marrakech's Executive Chef Abdel Elatouab and Beijing-bound Alton Anfield have prepared a 9-course North African banquet, which will be paired with some stellar wines courtesy of Joie Wines, Farmstead Wines and A Good Drop.

Braised Polderside duck bastilla in saffron broth
Sauteed eggplant stuffed with almonds
Braised khoubiza salad with preserved lemons and olives
Roasted organic pepper and eggplant salads
Moroccan lamb brochettes
Seared scallops & prawns with ginger-mint sauce
Braised  lamb shank tagine with figs and apricots 
Le Marrakech vegetarian couscous
Baked honey and almond Mhancha
