
Chef: Timothy Taylor
Venezuelan born and BC raised, Timothy Taylor is the author of two novels, (Stanley Park and Story House), and a short story collection (Silent Cruise). A columnist for the Globe & Mail, Taylor has won three National Magazine Awards and is the only writer to have three stories published in a single edition of the Journey Prize Anthology. His travel, humour, arts and business pieces have been published in various magazines and periodicals, including Saturday Night, The Walrus, and EnRoute. He is also a very good cook.
