
The Hard Supper Club is pleased to announce that Warren Geraghty, the Executive Chef at West, will preside over a special Hard Supper later this summer, with all proceeds going to the Scotty Hard Trust.
The former Executive Chef at Marco Pierre White's L'Escargot restaurant in London will be assisted by other chefs and sommeliers from the Top Table Group. A silent auction will be held at the event, with items from each of the Top Table Group's restaurants, and donations from British Columbia's leading wineries and food producers.
Full details of the showcase event, which will be hosted by Canadian radio and television personality Vicki Gabereau, will be released soon.
Prior to L'Escargot, Geraghty was at Aurora, The Orrery, Chez Nico, Restaurant Stefano Cavallini and Pied à Terre. In Cannes, he worked alongside Richard Neat as Head Chef of Restaurant Neat, where during his tenure, the London Evening Standard noted that he was "instrumental in obtaining the Michelin star."
